Pineapple & Coconut Layer Cake

Three layers of moist and delicately coconut flavoured sponge, which is filled with desicated coconut throughout. Chunks of pineapple are added to each sponge layer, giving a perfect tropical taste reminiscent of far away lands! The cake is decorated with a generous helping of coconut flavoured butter cream icing and finished off with decorations of your choice!
 
Ingredients: Caster Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Plain Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Free Range Eggs, Desiccated Coconut, Coconut Milk, Coconut Flavouring, Pineapple Chunks.
Topping Ingredients: Icing Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Desiccated coconut, Coconut Flavouring.
